The Cottage 

Although recently built, Heartsong cottage maintains the old world charm and character of a traditional NZ cottage but with all the modern amenities.

The cottage is set amidst organic potager gardens, lovingly tended by the owners and brimming with fresh herbs, salad greens and vegetables, which guests are most welcome to use.

We use eco-friendly cleaning materials and our gardens are chemical free.

With careful attention to detail using recycled kauri floors, original sash windows, antique light fittings and furniture chosen with love, Heartsong cottage is the ideal choice for that romantic weekend away. Relax with a glass of wine in front of the fire or soak in the heated spa. A new addition is the private outdoor bath. Wireless internet and satellite TV also available.

The en-suite has a large tiled shower, bidet and quality European fittings with hairdryer, heated towel rail, fluffy white towels, soft bathrobes and eco-friendly toiletries.

The bedroom, with its super-king bed and luxuriously appointed pure cotton bed linen ensures your utmost comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped, however, you may choose to have a romantic candlelit dinner prepared by your own chef (by prior arrangement)
